Bowl and Stand, Studio or student?

Old fashioned looking bowl and stand.

Earthenware.

Possibly a student piece, base marked with collection/identification letters/numbers.

Any ideas?

The numbers may be the previous owner’s reference numbers or even the original price. They are provincial ware with a traditional of style decoration that’s typical of whichever region it was made in. I don’t remember the exact place but possibly Southern Spain or Morocco / Turkey area

Rs = Rupees?
