Royal Art Pottery Vases

Running through some vases i have and these are giving me a headache   
Trying to find info is proving very hard

Never come across this factory's work before so googled it and this link popped up. Stoke on Trent, no surprises there.

Interesting Looks like these would be pre cloughs ie c1897 to c1915
On the same sites was a gilt and enamelling company used for home and export ware 

I would guess this being dragon gilt design this company was used for Gilt
