Help with potter's mark on stunning bowl

Hi please help with makers mark on this beautiful bowl it's stunning just about every colour has been thrown on this piece very art deco feel about it it's marked with possibly H or W thanks in advance

I don't recognise the mark, but going on past experience on this forum, I would imagine it to be either French or Italian.

Thanks I was thinking french too the lady's have that French art deco look that's what I liked about it I will check out Italian not thought about that
