The decoration looks oddly amateur compared to the pots themselves. Could they be from one of those shops that supply blank pots, glazes, etc., let people decorate them with their own designs and then fire them?

I don’t think the jug is an off the shelf, paint your own blank. They are usually slip moulded where as that is hand made, albeit a bit rustic :D Might still be a hobby potter though. Similar to Sarah Turrell’s mark but wrong letters
