Do not think it is Bernard Leach. Always has the Standard St Ives mark as well as BL. Plus the colours, design, and clay do not look right.

Absolutely philpot - it has a Cornish pottery type look to it, I think which is why I picked it up to look at. its a nice thing well made and feels well weighted in the hand.
