Small Bud Vase Empty Small Bud Vase

Hello,

I have recently picked up this little bud vase and i wondered if anyone could tell me anything about its maker etc. the markings on the bottom seem quite indistinct and I have not been able to find any clues having looked online.

Looks like a rural English scene but the marks and pot look Continental to me; French or German or Czech?
