Pot with impressed X mark, windmill sails or a propeller? Empty Pot with impressed X mark, windmill sails or a propeller?

Another mystery pot from my loft.
About 5 inches high with a nice red oxide (I think) band of abstract 'symbol' shapes and an impressed mark that could be windmill sails, a propeller, or none of the above.
