Small twin-handled pot standing about 3" high, which I feel has an African influence. Signed either Ni or NT, with three additional dots.
Any ideas, anyone?

Looks French or German. The signature is a bit like Charles Hair's written mark

That looks likely. The shape of the base looks to be the same, too, like it was thrown on the same wheel.
