Multi-holed pot signed DL Empty Multi-holed pot signed DL

This is a very well-made pot which looks to be a vase but judging by the inside of its neck and multiple holes,  I'd guess it is intended to double up as a pot-pourri holder and candlestick.
I think it's initialled DL.
