Given the slipware decoration and Swiss nature, the first thing that comes to mind is Thoune pottery from Switzerland. Although it tends to the more over decorated than this particular piece. There were lots of different potteries over many years that worked in the Thoune slipware style, so it certainly is a possibolity'

Its not German but from Liechtenstein!
Made by Gebrueder Haas from a town named Schaan.
Here a better pic of the mark, showing two rabbits (german word for rabbit is Hase, very similar to makers name Haas):
