Lovely design but not a mark I recognise. I’m not seeing the quality I’d expect of a professional potter so maybe a hobby potter

I was thinking the same I have spent hours looking fof the mark and haven't found anything similar. Thank you for taking a look.

The clay and the wash on the bottom suggests to me that it might have been made by a small production pottery that produced "souvenir - type" wares. I don't recognise the mark and do think that it wasn't necessarily made in the UK.
