Hand Painted Flower Jug LBB ?
Please could some help me. This lovely jug is so cheerful. The mark underneath says LB with another B possibly, or is it an 8. It has a couple of chips, but its lovely nonetheless. I am learning so much on this forum, and look forward yo the day that I can answer someone else's questions. Thank you.

Looks Italian. Unfortunately most of the records of the Italian manufacturers were lost in the 90s

I think it's British. Tha shape is bang on for 1930s Susie Cooper.
The decoration is typical of the period. My first thought was Radford
but the base is wrong.
The marks are likely to be the decorator's mark and pattern code.

I think it’s numbered 887 J, rather than LBB
