Re: Arabia (Finland)
I think it's SAS Scandinavian Airlines, with the three cross flags representing the three counties involved: Denmark, Norway and Sweden. If you Google "SAS airlines winged badge", you'll find some coloured versions of the logo.

Please Help Me Identify this Arabia Pattern and Shape
Good morning, newbie to the forum here.
This piece is marked Arabia Finland with production marks dating them to December 1964. For the life of me I cannot find this pattern anywhere online and have never seen this shape of a teacup with only a ridge for a handle. It looks like someone took an egg cup and dropped the ring about an inch. Can anyone help in identifying this pattern?
The cup itself measures 2" tall and the opening is 2 1/2" across. the saucer measures 4 3/4" across. Much appreciated!

Re: Arabia (Finland)
I went straight to the contact page (not the contact form) and that info regarding I.D wasn't there. There is mention of as design museum on their FAQs that has some literature on old products - might be worth a try.

THANK YOU! As soon as I googled Goran Back's name I found the design and pattern. Kanerva mocha cup. Case closed.
Thank you all! Brian

Unusual Arabia Dish
Can anyone help with the identification or any information on this hand-painted Arabia dish? It is from 1964-71 according to back stamp but has no signature.
It is 23cm in diameter.
Any info appreciated.

Re: Arabia (Finland)
It looks to be a standard tableware dinner plate that someone has decorated.
Is it just painted or actually properly glazed?

Re: Arabia (Finland)
That's what I thought initially but it appears to be glazed,

Re: Arabia (Finland)
I don't think the messy rim would have passed their quality control checks so I think it's a bought in blank that someone has glazed themselves, but in such cases it's unusual not to have a signature. Or it might be a test piece.

Both by Arabia, Finland, but who are the designers?

Arabia Suomi Finlandia wheel thrown (?) bowl
Heavy, thick bowl, a little over 6" wide x 1" high, with the impressed mark "Arabia Suomi Finlandia." The ink stamp that uses that wording dates to ~1930-1949 - not sure if this is of similar date.
Other hand-made Arabia pottery I've seen has been inscribed "ARABIA" and the artist's initials. Maybe they didn't like this enough to put their name on it, but it was good enough to be sold under the company's mark? Any insight into its production would be greatly appreciated.
(I fiddled with the contrast on the last photo to try to emphasize the marks left from working the clay.)
