Weird Crackle Signed Cup & Saucer Hobbyist? Empty Weird Crackle Signed Cup & Saucer Hobbyist?

Signed 'EM' within an oval (or possibly 'WB' the other way up) Hobbyist fantasy piece or a bit more than that? In my opinion the proportions, the way it sits etc points to the former. Any thoughts?Weird Crackle Signed Cup & Saucer Hobbyist? Sam_4715
