Moulded stoneware sculptural ring vase Empty Moulded stoneware sculptural ring vase

1970s look. Stoneware, no Mark, learning form, hollow ring vase.
It is moulded which makes me think it could be a commercial pottery piece. Like Shelf Pottery?
