I'd appreciate any thoughts on this bowl. There is a scissor mark to the base and the blue-green exterior is decorated with what appear to be lily pads. my initial research suggests it could be early Ruskin Pottery, circa 1901 - 1904.

The scissor mark looks right, but I haven't seen a piece quite like that before.

It does look like a pattern from that period, with souffle glazes..... so I think you are correct
