Majolica bird spill vase Empty Majolica bird spill vase

I know this is probably Victorian so I shouldn’t really put it here. Sorry, but I’d love to know a maker. There seems to have been one on eBay a while ago in a different colour but I don’t think they knew the maker.
10” tall, incised 15 on base.
English? Continental?

The colour looks wrong, to my eye. I think it’s a later copy from China but I could well be wrong
