Multi-Neck Vase in Dryden style marked PS Empty Multi-Neck Vase in Dryden style marked PS

I picked up two similar multi-neck vases. The look similar to ones I found by Dryden, but this one is marked with the letters PS I'll make a separate post on the other unmarked one. Any help with id is appreciated, thanks for looking!
