Hello all,

Recently came by this item and have been unable to find its purpose or the maker. The mark appears to be a dot followed by a line and then two dots one above the other (all enclosed in a circle). Just wondered if anyone had any suggestions/ideas as I have hit a wall in my search to identify the maker.
