Swedish? Sgraffito Bowl HHB “PALMA” P9 Empty Swedish? Sgraffito Bowl HHB “PALMA” P9

Bowl, I presume it’s thrown, marked on base with HB ( not sure about second initial) “PALMA” P9.
White shiny glaze and matte dark brown With incised pattern.
One the same on Pinterest is described as Swedish, unknown designer.
Another Different sgraffito bowl online is from a pottery line called “PALMA” is by Upsala Ekeby with UE mark an HO mark for designer Hjördis Oldfors. My mark doesn’t look like HO I don’t think.
