yes it certainly is , some of it can fetch really good money as well , it was made in various countries , in europe and USA , originally given out as prizes at fairs .

I didn't realize that there are over 2000 patterns of this glass, unfortunately Ive noticed a very small chip and crack in my piece so I expect it's now worthless. (I'll look more closely next time).

The peacock design is really pretty on this. I have a few pieces of orange carnival glass, I prefer the purple ones but they cost more.
