The Lozenge is the Rd information and was used 1842-1883.
Probably Staffordshire, but can't really make anything out.
The banner at the bottom is probably the pattern name.

in the diamond shape i see the month Code D which means september and year code a D or J; so it would be 1878-1880

The vessel looks to be "Aesthetic Movement" in design and so the 1878 - 1880 dates fit.
