Italian Raised-Relief Ceramic / Enamel Wall Plaques
Hello everyone. This forum was recommended to me to help me try and find out a bit more about some Italian raised-relief framed wall plaques my grandmother gave me many decades ago.
I'm uploading some pictures of them. I'm really curious as to their back story, origins, value, etc.
Any information to help me shed some light on them would be wonderful. Thanks very much.

They look well made, but never seen anything quite like them before.
Probably 1950s/60s.
Please be aware we don't give valuations on the forum.

Thanks for the reply! That's okay, I'm not wanting to sell them or anything, as they have a lot of sentimental value for me. I'm just really curious about their origin.

The text says 'Fantoni?' - but someone I've come into contact with familiar with his work says that she doesn't believe that it's Fantoni's style at all.

I would say the original tiles are better, the ebay one seems rather clumpy when compared. I would think that is probably isnt Fantoni as not marked, but they do deems nice things. It may be tourist ware as MADE IN ITALY is in English! Maybe the original ones are plaster the ebay is from a mold and is ceramic.

I did think that too with the stamp on back like that. Seems factory-ish.
