MID CENTURY BRITISH WAX RESIST VASE Empty MID CENTURY BRITISH WAX RESIST VASE

7" tall and 5" diameter. A mottled two tone pale blue glaze with dark wax resist brush stroke decoration. There could be a letter 'R' impressed into the top edge above the base, but can't photo it - too vague. Any one seen this shape before?

From the shape and decoration I think it must be European but I can’t pin point a country let alone a maker
