I’ve moved it into ID my Pottery in the hopes the ceramics Collectors will recognise it. My first thought was somewhere closer to home; Cmielow or other Polish pottery, but Italian or Spanish might be possible.

Just a thought would there be some writing is the light fitting as a pointer as to where the wire should go.

It could well be French as I think they also used "Bayonet" light fittings,

LAITON GM is written on the light fitting. So rather French.
