Well painted design. RB or probably RDP mark.
British I think.

By River Dart Pottery, Devon. Set up be Mary Priddoe after Priddoes Pottery closed in 1964 and she and Peter Priddoe went their separate ways.

Well done, you were right with 1960s British. I think I saw an expensive one, maybe a seahorse, on eBay recently. I shall keep a lookout for more now there’s an ID.
