I can decipher "made in England" around the edge of the mark.

Could all of the words around the edge be facing inwards? The shot is out of focus (or the mark is blurred) but the bottom word, if the pic is turned through 180degs, looks like it could be Gwynedd or similar.

the middle word seems to end ...daoin or ...dasin. The D. Gla... or D. Cia... Ireland world be most likely
