I’ve seen similar incised MW marks on auction house listings attributed to William Marshall, sometimes with a date, but you’d need a Collector of his work to verify it or not. There’s some doubt as to whether the incised marks are his, but I include two examples below. Tbh, they dont look to be in the same hand as yours. The decoration is very accomplished.

I don't think its Bill Marshall. His mark is always consistent on every piece I have seen. Equally the decoration is a little too generic and stilted. Nowadays there are very few auction houses I would trust on a signature anything out of the ordinary.

I've not seen decoration this good in a long while. Although the vase itself is a bit of a lump

I agree with Naomi about the decoration but I would say if you held it and felt it you would realise how evenly thrown it is and how perfectly weighted.
