Large striped art pottery vase

Has anyone got an idea of maker for this vase (11")

Red ware

Unmarked

Any help appreciated

Yeah it's another tricky one, almost like Cornish ware in design, sancai colours

The clay makes me think devon ware, but can't find anything slightly similar

More importantly though do you like it

I get the impression it's one of the linthorpe bretby william Ault types

Sort of thing I might have had a go at, but maybe continental.

No worries, I literally couldn't make an educated guess on country, as it seems to not follow any rules

Even a guess from anyone would be appreciated

Outside of being British, could only think of it being possibly French provincial or Japanese, but both not obviously so
