ART DECO STYLE WATERCOLOUR LANDSCAPE WINDY TREE SIGNED KENNETH?

This is a small watercolour painting that looks to have some age - the way the tree is blowing in the wind gives it an art deco style in my opinion and it is signed to the bottom right hand corner but very hard to read - it looks like there are three names and perhaps starting Kenneth but really not sure so if anyone can please help me identify the artist.
