It looks like the early mark of Clive Davies (from 1970) and fits with what he was making back then so... ?

Cheers. Looks very similar to the example in the Marks book although it says it was incised rather than stamped so I'll say 'possibly' for now

The "incised" wording probably comes about because the illustration in the Potters edition of the time made it look like a line drawn CD in the line drawn rectangle.
