VEB Gräfenroda, GDR, East Germany Empty VEB Gräfenroda, GDR, East Germany

This vase is 5" or 12.5cm tall, the inside is black & the band running around the vase is ribbed.
I am not sure where I have put this vase to check the measurements ~ I had the above on file but have never successfully found anything on Google.

Seems to be Germany, but not sure of the maker. Edda could be either the name of the form or of the decor.
