Not sure what I’m looking at here. Pot looks slip cast.
Raised Wheat ear decoration added.
Base incised ARC 1994 Sloneware.
Done well but amateur?

1994 or 1914? Might be a lead-based glaze which would make it pre-WW2; it's a bit like Rye pottery. Or a '90s student piece. The think glaze and loss of some of the applied decoration points to a student piece

I bought it in the dark one morning and thought it was 1914. Very excited until I got home and saw 1994. I need a better torch if I ever get out to markets and boot fairs again. Student piece sounds about right. Cheers.

Maybe hops? Wheat doesn't grow on vines over here.

Definitely hops, which are grown chiefly in Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Shropshire, and the South-East (Kent, Sussex, Suffolk and Surrey, so plenty of potential origins for the pot.
Are you sure it says 'Sloneware' and not 'Stoneware'?
Oh, and the thin, patchy glaze reminds of the Harvest jugs in green or brown that were produced by the Arthur Woods factory. Example of Woods jug:

Thanks for hops info - I’m sure you’re right. And I think it’s meant to be “stoneware”
