From my experience, Barnstaple Barum and Baron ware should be signed on the base.
I suspect it’s Belgium Art Pottery from the 1920s-30s

I’d put together a thread from various Belgium pots posted in the group, but best to check online too. Some green glazed Belgium pots get misattributed to early 20thC Farnham Pottery
