Aquamanile in the Form of a Ram, marked Opishne, Ukraine

Does anybody recognize the signature on this beautiful ram pitcher? I wonder if it is contemporary or antique.

At this point, I just found the answer by my self 
It's Opishne, Ukraine pottery mark. But still don't know the age.

Lovely. I suspect it's mid 20th Century. It's the sort of folkware they would have made over several generations of potters in the region
