Schwarzenhammer (Porzellanfabrik Schumann & Schreider) operated from 1905, went bankrupt in 1984 and closed in 1986. It seemed to specialise in reticulated wares and used 31 different backstamped marks over the years.
This reticulated plate has hand-painted decoration over a transfer-printed outline, and the green backstamp dates it between 1910-1923.
