Blue & White Ceramic Pitcher- Anyone recognize this maker's mark?

Appreciate assistance to confirm the brand of this blue and white ceramic pitcher. Dimensions approximately 7" height X 7" width. Maker's mark, illegible name and the number 2 incised into the clay on the bottom.

2 would be the size. Production ware but unfortunately I can’t make out the manufacturer’s stamp in the photos.

I would go French. They like to put big size numbers on the base and i have some French country ware pitchers with that central line on them.

Have added one more photo. The inscribed mark is very faint. As helpful, it looks like an oval with two dots / eyes with what appears to be the letter T that is curved on the top and has a smile at the bottom. (To me looks a lot like a face) The lettering that is barely legible has the letter T in the word.
