It looks Chinese, decorated for the Indian/Persian market. I can’t tell the age. If there’s a lot of surface wear then it might be an antique. If not then it’s likely to be a modern copy.

I'm not very familiar with pottery made for the eastern market. The decoration on the back is copying Chinese Kraak ware, but different glaze colours to the usual blue & white.
