We really need a photo of the base, as it gives a lot of information about the type of clay used. Also, what size is it?

At a guess looking at the script, it might be Alan Frewin Millhouse Pottery. Harleston. He started working in Norfolk in 1970, and produced earthenware slipware until his death a few years ago.

I believe this one is by the same potter - with a GN mark. Unfortunately Pinterest has deleted my notes so I dont know if it was IDed. Wrong clay for Alan Frewin imo

Thank you, it certainly does look similar. I agree, it doesn’t match Alan Frewins work. Wasn’t expecting to find a maker for it, so “GN” is something to go with
