In an antiques arcade? The bottom looks a bit unusual with that central circle. The clay is a bit light as well. Doubt if its any of the normal slipware potteries and associated potters ie Winchcombe, Coldstone etc.

Yes, antiques arcade. It was with a Merion John Warren plate. I’ve come across large plates and chargers with this central ‘button’ or disc of clay; supports the weight of the centre. Well worn, so it’s a different colour from the rest of the base.
