Beautifully Gilded Blue Dish, Mark Poss. Incorporates 'PS' Empty Beautifully Gilded Blue Dish, Mark Poss. Incorporates 'PS'

This shallow dish is around 4 inches in diameter. It is glaxed in a matte blue with a Celtic cross design and Celtic band picked out in gold gilt.
There is an impressed mark in the centre underneath which could be a combination of 3 letters, two of which are possibly PS.
Any clues, anyone?

Similar, but hers is porcelain so I assume that's her usual medium. Mine is pottery rather than porcelain.
