Tricky one. I was going to say Portugal based on the deer. Then Italy - Deruta maybe. But Spain seems a closer fit, especially as some of the motifs were carried over into Mexican tonala ware. It may be early 20thC but its a traditional motif which is still being made today for the tourist industry so there should be a match searching on tin glazed earthenware or faience or maiolica ware. Likely to have been relatively new and locally made when you bought them.

I would say its quite a new tourist piece, simply due the lack of wear. This stuff is quite friable but this one looks to be in perfect condition
