A strange Bay jug
245-40
This one seems to me to exhibit elements of theft or influence. A handle like Scheurich's 274, a base glaze like D&B 1302 or 979 with patches like Ruscha's Marokko. Seminal or rip-off, it's certainly an odd one. The brush strokes are a bit rubbish too!

Re: Bay Keramik
Form 958-14:
.
And yes, I know it's not a beautifull one. There are two reasons I bought it: It was only 1 euro, and I was intrigued by the label at the bottom:
Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas about its meaning?

Double German Vase
I'm sure I've seen similar with this gilding here before but I can't find it?
The base says GERMANY 559 20 with some red markings as well.
xx

Set of 3 Bay Keramic
The 2 handled pot is marked Germany 60 over 10 - can't work out what the 10 refers to, it is nothing like any of the dimensions. One of the small pots is marked Foreign 511 over 6, the other interestingly is Germany 511 over 6. Why the tartan box? Might these have been boxed by a retailer? There are no markings on the box to help.

Vase marked Germany 56320
Well another question ~ This vase is 20.5cm tall, the colours have not photographed at all well. The main colour is a strange greenish yellow that gets more appealing the longer you look at it (to me anyway) The base hase GERMANY 563\20 and something in gold??? The top sections appear to have a gold lustre finish both inside & out. Hmmm that could be S63\20
Any ideas? Thanks.......momma
