A pair of circular lidded hand-painted porcelain trinket/powder boxes. I initially thought Japanese, but not certain. Any idea of age and origin? Thanks

Possibly Canton Medallion ware copy of Japanese pieces. The fruit down the sides looks similar to the borders on Rose Canton cabbage leaf ware
