Beswick Birds backstamp date Empty Beswick Birds backstamp date

Got a group of Beswick birds today.
They’ve all got the same BESWICK B ENGLAND mark but spdespite spending loads of time googling I can’t find out what date period this was used. I get the feeling collectors want to know what edition their bird is. Help!

I was told it was the later mark, after they moved production to China

in my charlton catalogue it says "Beswick backstamps give no indication of the year in which the model was issued " that bullfinch is the early version 1945 to 1973

Thank you Naomi and Tenpot. I can usually rely on eBay listings to get the idea with well known ceramics but I’m sure lots of them contradicted each other.
