None of the old porcelain factories that used Imperial in their marks exists today and from the images this looks 21st century, so it might be worth trawling the internet.

It should have the Country where it was made in the mark if it was 20thC , or at least 'Foreign'. It might be a very well preserved piece of late 19thC German/Austrian porcelain. Or a modern copy that had a paper label.

Only just found other porcelain like this marked Royal Ashmore very strange

I think it may be one of those "Faux" far eastern marks like "Royal Victoria",
