Possibly modern German, certainly European but not a mark I've seen before, a bit like an upturned UFO. The mark and number are moulded so I assume they are the right way up.
The decoration is a very thickly applied lava glaze which appears to have been piped on using a very wide bore nozzle.
The ink 'F' is likely the decorators stamp.
Any ideas gratefully accepted.
