I was thinking of similar tiles with similar coloured glazes, I can only come up with Ann Wynn Reeves

Kenneth Clarke? A name that is always associated with Anne Wynne Reeves. He was a prolific tile maker.

Everyone on the planet used Johnsons and/or Carter white bathroom tiles to play around with.
Re: mid century tiles
...... and Pilkington. They were sold as unglazed blanks and Alan Wallwork used them too. I suspect because Alan had been taught by Kenneth Clark at Goldsmiths and so you might say that he, Clark, was the originator within the studio pottery world.

In an obituary it was said that Kenneth Clark (no e) " was to tiles what James Dyson is to vacuum cleaners".
He founded Kenneth Clark Ceramics in the 1950s and was joined there by his wife, Anne Wynne Reeves.
