Studio Bowl, jigsaw made? Signed Empty Studio Bowl, jigsaw made? Signed

Sculptured Studio bowl, looks like it’s made from jigsaw pieces of clay joined together.
Impressed pattern outside.
Base is signed - hard to read - starts with A and also has 99 probably the date
Vase is painted, not glazed.
