PIPE DREAM OR A LOT OF TOSH? Empty PIPE DREAM OR A LOT OF TOSH?

Now here's something you don't see every day. I just loved it and for a £1. It's probably an amateur having a go at sculpture, but equally, it has something going on. It's terracotta clay with an amazing volcanic red glaze. No makers mark. Anyone dare to speculate?
